1. Who we are. This website and the Hair Shak Miami salon are operated by Shaked Lankri, doing business as Hair Shak Miami ("Hair Shak Miami," "we," "us," "our"), 300 Alton Road, Suite 100A, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. By using this website, contacting us through it, or buying from it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information on this website. We work to keep this website accurate, but hair is personal and results vary. Photos and videos show real work from our salon. They are examples, not a promise that your hair will look the same. Service prices are starting points: your final price depends on the length, density, condition and history of your hair, and we confirm it with you before the service begins. Services, prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors at any time.

3. Appointments and consultations. Appointments are not booked or confirmed through this website. Sending a form tells us you would like to be contacted. An appointment exists only once we confirm it with you directly. Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule it. If you cannot make it, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance. For bridal, event, on-location or long services we may ask for a deposit, and we will explain the amount and terms before you book.

4. Your health and safety. Before any service, please tell us about allergies or sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, medications, and any color, relaxer, keratin or other chemical treatment in your hair, including box dye. Hair products can cause irritation or an allergic reaction, even in people who have used similar products before. We may recommend or require a patch or strand test before color, lightening or smoothing services, and we may decline or change a service if we believe it is unsafe for your hair or skin. Some smoothing treatments can release formaldehyde vapor when heated. We will tell you which product we use, and you may ask to see its Safety Data Sheet. If you choose to go ahead after we have explained the risks, or decline a test we recommend, you accept those risks. Please follow the aftercare we give you: results are also affected by home care, heat styling, swimming, sun and the products you use.

5. If you are not happy with a service. Please tell us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review your concern and decide, case by case, whether an adjustment is appropriate. Services already performed are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Products. FUYA products sold by us are cosmetics for external use on the hair. Read the label and full ingredient list before use. Every product contains fragrance ingredients, and some people are sensitive to them. Test a small area of skin before first use, avoid contact with the eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product descriptions describe cosmetic effects only. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a reaction, stop use and contact us.

7. Orders and payment. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order with a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Photos, reviews and content you send us. If you send us photos, messages, reviews or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and allow us to use it to respond to you and to run our business. We will not publish a photo in which you can be identified in our marketing without your permission. Reviews shown on this website come from Google and belong to their authors.

9. Our content. The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Hair Shak Miami or are used with permission. You may share links to the website, but you may not copy, reuse or sell its content without our written permission.

10. Using this website. Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break into, overload or scrape it, no unlawful content, and no use that harms us or others. The website links to services run by others, such as Google Maps, Instagram and our payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This does not limit any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Shak Miami is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this website or of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

13. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hair Shak Miami from claims arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a claim that qualifies in small claims court.

15. Accessibility. We want everyone to be able to use this website. If you have trouble accessing any part of it, call us at +1 305-494-7128 and we will help you and provide the information another way.

16. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, applies from the date it is posted.

17. General. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about this website.
